Q: What are the services available to me?

A: We offer individual counselling services for youth, young adults, and older adults.

Q: Is the cost covered by OHIP?

A: OHIP does not cover counseling costs. However, some extended health insurance plans may cover the expense, or you might need to pay for this service out of pocket.

Q: How long is the duration of each session?

A: The duration could range from about 30 minutes to approximately 50 minutes.

Q: How many sessions are required?

A: After the assessment with the counsellor and in collaboration with you, we will carefully evaluate your needs to decide on the ideal number of sessions tailored just for you. This personalized approach ensures you receive the support necessary for your journey.

Q: How do you handle missed sessions?

A: Cancellations must be made with twenty-four hours' notice to avoid incurring session fees. In emergency situations, the counsellor reserves the right to reschedule the session at their discretion.
